JOHN GALLEGOS, CEO
With 26 years involvement in the Surveying and Construction industry, John has delivered solutions on numerous large scale and complex projects across the southwest.
John combines entrepreneurial instinct and in-depth technical skills that have allowed him to be a part of over a billion dollars worth of construction in his career.
Before launching his career, he attended the University of New Mexico where he majored in Civil Engineering and Construction Management.
John is responsible for leading the company’s technology strategy and operations.
DAVID ACOSTA, PRESIDENT
David became President of CSTi in 2014 and has been working in the surveying industry for over 20 years. He received his Bachelor of Science in Surveying Engineering in 2007 and has been licensed in New Mexico since 2012. He started his professional career working with Wilson & Company, Inc, and before joining CSTi he served as the City Surveyor for the City of Albuquerque.
In addition, David has dedicated his career to the advancement & recruitment of professional surveying and in 2016 served as the New Mexico Professional Surveyors (NMPS) President. David also currently serves as the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS) New Mexico representative.
David ensures that all projects contracted with CSTi are completed in a timely matter and to the highest quality available in the industry.
